At Rök Hookah our mission was not to reinvent the wheel, our mission was you, or at least for you. Where do we ship?

We are a US based company that will ship almost anywhere in the world. You will get automated shipping details during the checkout process. Do we offer returns?

Our ultimate goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. But if you have any concerns after your purchase you have five days from date of delivery to start a claim for a return on any unopened merchandise.  In the rare event an item arrives damaged you will have twenty-four hours from time of delivery to contact us and start the claims process.
